I can only speak from my own experience, since every child is unique. We started using Stride at the beginning of the school year in 2023. Huge improvement - our child was not communicating or screaming if we asked them questions instead of answering - now they are able to tell us about their day at school and they have recently started to particpate in games, such as tag. My sons workers were amazing and very good at what they do. However, I found it is run poorly higher up.
The level of service used to be good in the past. It has been deteriorating lately. For example, I found out my son can lack supervision in some visits. It can get risky and there were a lot of random injuries incidents due to irresponsibility or shortage in their staff. Also we pay for an hour, however, we get only half an hour of service for our child, literally.
