Stride has been amazing with my son. They have helped him develop important life skills and been so accommodating along the way. They have also been a huge part of helping me understand my sons needs. This place should be shut down. I brought my child to Stride with high hopes, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. From 10am to 5pm, my child remained in the same room the entire time with little to no engagement or variety in activities. Thankfully, my child is verbal and was able to bring this to my attention, which is honestly concerning because it makes me wonder how children who cannot communicate their experiences are being supported. I can only speak from my own experience, since every child is unique. We started using Stride at the beginning of the school year in 2023. Huge improvement - our child was not communicating or screaming if we asked them questions instead of answering - now they are able to tell us about their day at school and they have recently started to particpate in games, such as tag.
