These gems went above and beyond to ensure I received my product, even through a postal strike. Through no fault of their own my package was delayed significantly due to a postal strike in Canada and returned to them. They maintained excellent communication to let me know when they could reship and provide tracking. I couldn't be happier with the level of service provided.
