I know more than you! I went in to the store for the first time after calling to get directions. They were very helpful on the phone. However, when I did get there, I felt as if the salesman helping me was all about proving how much more knowledgeable he was than me. Later on, I saw him do the same with another customer. It's an "I am right and you are wrong approach" that did not sit too well with me. Still, they made my short list of stores I would likely purchase my first road bike from.

Very Disappointed Sorry Nelson but I'm a bit disappointed. Over priced and your staff was not that helpful. I was over charged for an item I purchased. Found out later I was charged 15$ for 1 Nuun tube, usually they are about $9! Will purchase my next bike elsewhere. Big turn off : (

Geared Toward the More Serious Cyclist My first experience at Strictly Bicycles was bringing in my newly acquired 2nd-hand bike for a tune-up. I hadn't owned a bike since I was a kid, and to me the tune-up and reassurance that the bike was in good working order was $30 well-spent. The turn-around time was just 2 days. Since then, I've found Strictly Bicycles to be a bit pricey and not always graciously helpful with small purchases like spare tubes and tire repair kits.

Finally, a bike shop with everything I have been looking for. I have been all over the USA, and have never seen such a awesome selection of bikes. It did not take me long to find my dream machine, there fitter (Mike) is the real deal! Service, facility, and selection are above standard. Only negative is the sales floor is busy, but it was worth the wait. A must go store!

My favorite LBS As an avid cyclist, I have found Strictly Bicycles to be able to meet all my needs. Unlike some of the other shops I have patronized in the past, Strictly meets and supersedes my expectations. For the previous comments, I've been buying Nuun tablets at Strictly since they opened and it costs $7.00 per tube. Their selection on high end bikes is unmatched, as well as their hospitality. They offer a patio sitting area for the cyclists and super clean bathrooms to all who need it. This is the only store that I've... read more

Rude Phone Manners I called this shop regarding small repairs as I live in the area. I have a serious bicycle and cycle often and would have liked to have made this my 'go to' store but I got such a rude reception from them on the phone that it's doubtful that I will even make it in to see them. The sales was ill informed and had no customer service skills and neither did another man who then was put on the phone to me. I don't normally write reviews but I was so turned off, I had to inform others about it. Perhaps they are ... read more
