Note It was my first time here and I didn't know they sell the crickets in specific quantities. So i asked for 30 medium and the owner or manager just looks at me like I'm stupid and says very slowly "20... Or 40..." He could have skipped the condescending attitude and said anything simple to clear up the confusion like "I'm sorry we only sell in 20 or 40"

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. An overall great store if your looking for our need information on reptiles. Highly recommended!
Gotta love it, I can't go a weekend without it! Sometimes I show up without the snakes just to look around! Eric, Oscar and Jeff never fail to amaze me on their knowledge and care for the animals! I'm definitely planning on working there one day soon.
Always a pleasant place to shop. Love our new Sulcata turtle. Great customer service.
