Rented from Strickland Properties for three years. If anything needs fixed they come out and fix it. Abide by your lease agreement and pay your rent and you won't have any problem renting from these people.
As we were trying to move out after we have our 30 day notice. they went in put signs up saying private property. They stole so much stuff from us and my kids. My kids video games and my husbands military equipment. We finally were able to get back some of our stuff but they kept most of it. Saying they didn't know what happened.
