Some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Change appointment times on you and won’t try to work with you on anything. Every time I have been there, I have had a problem with either the mechanics or the staff at the front desk. Don’t use them!
They ruined my rims when I had my tires changed broke my glass censors in my tires put the wrong bulb in the low beam light and now I cannot get it out to replace it would I go there to even have gum taken off the bottoms of my shoe no incompetent rude people stay clear of strickland NO RATING LOW ENOUGH
I just bought my third car from Howard Dilday at Strickland Auto in Ahoskie and they are great. Three days after I struck at limb in the roadway during a bad storm and destroyed two tires with only 804 miles on them. Strickland Auto wasn't obligated to do anything but Howard and the folks there went to bat for me with the tire company and they replaced them for free ($663 value). Just a overall great dealership! If for no other reason than there is no pressure to buy a car. They nicely help you find what you are after and then give you a fair price!
Oilchange I took my car into have the oil change and before I got home the oil light was on -- showing I needed to add oil. When I got home my husband checked it and there was not enough oil put into my car. Just enough to see on the stick. This is bad service. Suppose something would have happen to my car. I really done appreciate that. I thought the serviceman would do his job. What's going on. Who's working?
liars Do not deal with them!!!! They are crooks.They will tell you every lie in the book,including Billy Little-the sales manager along with Ed and Charles Strickland-the owners.Its nice to deal local....but NOT with that crowd
