NHE handles our property which is very large. We deal mostly with Morgan Ferguson who has been superb. Also her boss, Eric is always available to listen & respond. We are busy & probably not a day goes by without asking Morgan for help. She has always been outstanding & professional. Even when addressed unnecessarily harshly, she is polite responding. I would give this place zero stars. It may be nice, but when you live here it does not feel like home. I have 3 small kids and work full time and anyone who has small kids know that it is hard to keep a home clean. When you are off of work all you want to relax. Therefore yes things will get messed up. This place makes you feel like you are living in a prison. You can't do ANYTHING to make it feel like it's your home.
