I've been coming here for several years, and absolutely love the change in my body after my visits. Now, I'm recovering from an injury and find the visits super helpful stretching out tight muscles from using crutches and from the injury itself. I firmly believe my range of motion has improved thanks to Paula. Kudo's to this business for having very qualified, friendly, approachable people -- calling out Kwesi and Paula -- who really make a difference!
I had the pleasure of being stretched my therapist Paula! I was uncertain of what to expect as I came in trying to get loose before tackling LA Marathon and she talked me through the stretches making me feel comfortable as well as gave me some takeaways to do at home!! I’ll definitely be back to see her soon 😁

Love this SPOT! Strech SPOT in Torrance. Jen is awesome and knows exactly where to work my stretch. Feeling more relaxed and revitalized after my 30 munities of stretch therapy I can feel the flow of energy through my body. Highly recommend Jen and this SPOT!
If anyone would have told me that I would be THIS MUCH better after ONE session--I would have run here sooner! Absolutely incredible how much more flexible I am. Can't wait to come back!!!
