I've been coming here for several years, and absolutely love the change in my body after my visits. Now, I'm recovering from an injury and find the visits super helpful stretching out tight muscles from using crutches and from the injury itself. I firmly believe my range of motion has improved thanks to Paula. Kudo's to this business for having very qualified, friendly, approachable people -- calling out Kwesi and Paula -- who really make a difference!
I had the pleasure of being stretched my therapist Paula! I was uncertain of what to expect as I came in trying to get loose before tackling LA Marathon and she talked me through the stretches making me feel comfortable as well as gave me some takeaways to do at home!!
