I’ve been using StretchMed Lexington for over 2 years now and really love their services. From improving general flexibility and stretching to diagnosing and treating particular pains that I’ve encountered from pickleball, running and strength training they are always attentive to what my body needs. I love Firas for his always cheerful demeanor and strength to really stretch you out and Dave for his impressive knowledge of the body and diagnostic abilities.
I’ve been going to StretchMed in Lexington since January and it’s made a world of difference in how I feel. I have increased mobility and reduced my pre existing back pain. Shoutout to Dave, who is very knowledgeable and provides a personalized experience.
