Had a surgery that made me more or less immobile for a couple years and finally able to get back to exercise, but quickly realizes how deconditioned I was. Went in to get stretched and it was a game changer for getting back to running!
Words can’t describe how much I appreciate Alyssa and her team! Julie was great with my husband and really helped stretch out his legs and back. Alyssa was my hero and really helped me with my hamstrings! Just after 1 session I felt the relief and learned how to stretch my hamstrings properly! The entire team is so welcoming and sweet! Great place and amazing vibes!
