I went into Stretchly because I’ve been dealing with tightness in my hips and an old injury in my knee. I was nervous because my knee will sometimes lock up with certain movements. Alyssa did a great job of listening and pointing out areas that need work and why I could be experiencing the locking. I will definitely be going back!!
I come to stretchy once a week and it’s amazing! My body gets tired and tight from running and the normateac boots and stretches help my recovery so much.
Stretchly has helped me in so many ways. It has really helped my back which had two separate instances of scoliosis. Having my muscles stretched has eliminated the scoliosis. Also one of my hips had been giving me pain. Since becoming a client at Stretchly, my hip muscles have been conditioned and are stronger than they used to be. I now rarely have hip pain.
