I am a big fan. The team here is friendly and knowledgeable. My trainer has noticed a big difference in my mobility since I started going to StretchLab every week or two. I noticed that I feel less sore after hard workouts and long hikes. Great complement to my fitness routine!
I’ve been going to StretchLab for about 5 years now and I can not imagine not going now. My flexologist at union street is Sabina and she is fantastic. She has the uncanny ability to push you to your stretching limits all while smiling and sharing her latest cheesecake recipe. There is a sense of community amongst the employees here and you feel like you are being welcomed into a family rather than getting stretched and doing something that is good for you. I can not recommend this place and Sabina enough. Cheers
My best friend introduced me to Zeya. I am a high intensity tennis player and am wiped out after playing so wasn’t giving my body the recovery it needed. It is such a treat to have hands on help with stretching and feels as good as a massage. Zeya is easy to connect with, easy to talk to and all around deserves 5 stars in my book. A great addition to my workouts.
I’ve had a great experience at StretchLab working with Kamilla and Chastity. They’re both knowledgeable, professional, and really attentive to what your body needs. Each session feels personalized. They take the time to understand where you’re tight and adjust the stretches so you actually get results. They create a comfortable, positive environment while still pushing you enough to improve your flexibility and mobility. I had a fantastic experience at Stretch Lab Union Street location. My flexologist was Justin, who did an incredible job. He is so knowledgeable, welcoming, and talented! Justin is clearly passionate about his profession and went above and beyond by giving me exercises/stretches to do at home between stretching sessions.
