The staff at stretch lab Ranch Bernardo are amazing especially Victoria and Zack. Love being there. They are very knowledgeable and know their clients need. Recommend them to anyone who is looking for some healthy stretches. Great job Mike and Jesse for being their managers Keep up
I appreciate the reminder call I get letting me know if I have a session available that month and for how long. They always ask what you would like worked on and make suggestions. Kaleb was very helpful. More often than not, many of the stretch persons are studying or have their degree in Physical therapy. They understand the body and your limitations.

I've been coming here for over a year. The staff is wonderful and the stretching has worked miracles for me. Cassie is the best! I highly recommend the Stretch Lab in Rancho Bernardo. It's great for all ages, especially for rehab, athletes, and for active seniors who want to stay mobile and active (and have less pain).
