Wow - OMG my first time at stretch lab was excellent. Kya the flexologist was super! I felt energized after the 50 minute stretch & followed it up with 30 minutes in the MAC/Villa sport indoor pool workout. I look fwd to improving my health with weekly stretch lab sessions.
This place keeps me ever young. A week without a flex I feel like am suffocating. This is to die for

I was a little nervous before my first visit to StretchLab, thinking it would feel like torture—but I was completely wrong! The session was relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what I needed. Kris was fantastic—super knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The stretches felt amazing, and I left feeling more flexible and refreshed. It was a great experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next session!
