UPDATE ~ 09/18/2025: I've been a member of Stretch Lab for over a year now, and see them twice a week because that's how much of a “permanent role” stretching’s become in my life! I shared last year I knew it was making an impact on the quality of my life very quickly, and now because I feel the best I’ve felt in years! This StretchLab location as well as their W. Northern Ave. location are excellent to deal with and have great, caring team members. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. After riding heavy miles on road bikes for the last 11 years I had hip flexor issues and needed help due to severe tightness and pain. I waited 6 weeks of weekly sessions to post this! I'm a 62 year old golfer and fitness enthusiast. I had a back injury 24 months that required surgery. Jesse at the StretchLab has been amazing to help me address hip tightness that was affecting my low back. My back feels better than it has in three years! Jesse is intuitive and has mixed up the stretching to address issues from week to week. I will keep this in my life so I can increase my golfing and workouts and enjoy a better quality of life!!!
