Marina was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great stretching session.
I am a 67 year old man with three arthritic and orthotic joints ( 2 shoulders / 1 hip). I am also recovering from a broken ankle . My stretch pro’s name is Plume . He is able to relax my injuries into healing stretches. After four sessions my strength is improving , not to mention flexibility. My workouts are consistent , thorough and educational . I highly recommend this healing experiences .
Amazing experience, had a great stretch. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing where I could focus on my breath and feeling the stretch. Don’t hesitate it’s absolutely worth it.
Unimpressed. Paid for 25 minutes got 19 in total. For the cost of the session, it is not worth it. You're better off purchasing a stretch band from Amazon or learning on YouTube how to get into deeper stretches. The staff did not seem happy either. Low energy vibes.
