I sent a notice to cancel my account with the Newport Beach location on January 27th because I will be traveling frequently over the next few months and did not want to continue a membership that I wasn't going to use consistently. Upon finalizing my cancellation, I was persuaded by one of the staff members to keep my account and freeze it rather than cancel it so that I did not lose several credits that I had left. Had emergency surgery so put membership on hold. They charged me anyway and then refused to rescind the charges. So I quit my membership and have a confirmation of cancellation. The next month they charged me again. This company’s like a loan shark. Once they get their claws into you they don’t let go.

I cannot get the ongoing charges stopped? I call, email zero response. I rarely complain but zero followup.

I was pleased to learn of STRETCHLABS, as I have an interest in fitness. The act of stretching and its importance may be commonly overlooked, until one experiences injury and/or pain, which many of us might have experienced (I know I have, as well as other friends of mine).
