StretchLab has been making a difference in how I learn to attend to my mobility and flexibility, especially important as one ages. They help accomplish beneficial stretches that would otherwise be difficult to do. I do twice a month for approximately 1hour each time, but would probably benefit from more frequency - if I had the time!
First time at StretchLab Castro, and I had a great experience with Emily. She took the time to understand my needs and customized the session accordingly. She’s highly skilled and was a great coach throughout the session. A+++++++ I look forward to my next session!
I’ve had three different flexologist experiences here (mostly because I try to just slot this in whenever my schedule allows) and every experience has been stellar. I genuinely feel more spry and physically happier after every session.
