Since I am over 70 years of age, Stretch Lab has been a fantastic addition to my fitness routine. Even though I have a regular work out routine with a personal trainer, maintaining flexibility is just as important to me. Kaisiana, my flexologist, is fabulous and knows just how to keep me limber and feeling great! She is not only professional, she is personable and makes stretching enjoyable! I would highly recommend Stretch Lab Anaheim Hills!
Madison and the Anaheim hill location was amazing!!
I walked in with a lot of lower back pain, expecting the same kind of care and treatment I had gotten a year ago from Demi at this stretch lab. I had Cassidy this time who was more into conversing with her colleague on the next table than treating me. She was apprehensive when walked in, seeing me in pain.
