I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with StretchLab has been extremely frustrating. I signed up for an introductory session a few weeks ago, but the studio canceled on me twice, forcing me to repeatedly rearrange my schedule. After each cancellation, I spent days trying to reschedule. I called almost daily and rarely, if ever, got an answer from this location. Quality stretch time with Tessa. She’s really empathetic, skilled and patient. Helped me get through some pretty tight lower body muscles. Esp quads, flutes and calves. I’m unsure about the membership as the pricing is high and the reviews aren’t looking great, but Tessa was amazing (5stars to her)

I would strongly caution anyone considering StretchLab South Lake Union to read this before purchasing a package. I purchased a package in good faith, hoping assisted stretching would improve stiffness in my leg. Instead, after one session from that package, I left the studio walking significantly worse and remained that way for several days.
