1 Star Review – StretchLab Lee’s Summit, MO I was a committed client here, going twice a week for several months because I was genuinely trying to improve my back issues. The staff and stretchers were always friendly, and initially I had a good experience. However, after I opened a new business, the one-hour drive became impossible for me to maintain. I love that StretchLab uses PNF (proprioception neuromuscular facilitation) stretching. I get way more benefit from this than I have from other assisted-stretch programs that do not use PNF. I started coming to StretchLab due to hip tightness that was causing pain with day-to-day activities. The hip pain and tightness is gone, but I have stayed because I find that weekly sessions keep me feeling generally better. All of the staff have been great, and I look forward to my session each week!

Love this place....have been going there for a couple months now. Brook is amazing and very professional. The whole staff is great and love how I feel after a stretch. Highly recommend StretchLab!
