I had such a great stretching session with Gavin!! Gavin is super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The stretches were exactly what my body needed — I felt looser, more relaxed, and could move so much better afterward. Gavin explained everything clearly and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend booking a session!

StretchLab has helped the flexibility in my body return! I no longer feel tight and stiff. I always feel better after I leave. The pain in my body has dramatically dropped. Tyler is a joy to work with. He makes me feel at ease and talking to him is easy. Sometimes, being a big girl, I feel like health clubs and other health places can make you feel uncomfortable, but not at Latham StretchLab. They play nice music and are friendly.

I was skeptical at first, never having been professionally stretched before and thought I’d give it a try. I was greeted by Gavin who went over everything in great detail, was able to go over where I needed more mobility and create a stretch plan. 5 months later, I’ve never been more flexible and generally mobile in my adult life. I go to the gym a lot and Gavin was able to incorporate certain stretches depending on certain gym goals. 10/10 would not go a week without. Mark is Great! He always tailors my stretches to what my body needs that day. The rest of the staff are very nice, friendly & professional as well.
