Amazing new offering. Perfect for pre work and to get the day started. They stretch muscles I never would be able to on my own and even if I could never to that extent. Very affordable on a membership basis. I personally enjoy it even more than hitting a gym. I would definitely suggest this to anyone considering and anyone not considering. You have nothing to loose but your tight muscles.
