I am highly disappointed with StretchLab Subiaco and their handling of memberships and customer care. After relocating, I was unable to continue attending sessions and attempted to resolve my membership appropriately. Despite this, payments have continued to be taken from my account, followed by ongoing administrative issues and a complete lack of meaningful resolution. My chronic fatigue makes it extra challenging for me to stave off deconditioning. The assisted stretching at StretchLab makes a huge difference for me - helping to improve my flexibility and posture, and helping to relieve chronic pain. The Therabody compression boots are also fantastic - helping me with circulation and lymphatic drainage issues. I feel so much better after a visit to StretchLab! Experienced and a great team
Brilliant Lea and her band helped push and pull this very stiff pom back into operation after a brutal 20 day walking holiday. Nick was a wizard at getting stiff legs working again, and the whole team had this 'we can fix you' attitude that marks them out as a bunch that genuinely CARE about getting you moving again. If only I could import them to the UK. Ace.
I highly recommend stretch labs for rehabilitation and maintenance. They help me with both mobility and stability while gently helping me to achieve my goals. Lovely staff, clean and neat premises.
