I had a fantastic experience doing a 15-minute trial stretch with StretchLab Columbia through Columbia Association! The owner, Linda, runs a wonderful operation, and the connection with CA made trying it out seamless. A massive shoutout to my stretch specialist, Dien (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) After just a 15-minute session, the results were instant—I could actually turn my neck again without any pain! Dien is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive!! 5 stars!! (Yes, that’s me in the red tank top!)

I had my first 30-minute demo with Jose on July 23rd. Going into it, I had been experiencing some discomfort in my left arm, so I wanted to give it a little time before writing a review. Today is July 24th at 9:05 PM, and I can honestly say I felt no discomfort at all today. I'm really impressed after just one session. I'm looking forward to my second stretch on Monday.
