I recently starting working in San Jose and found the StretchLab Silver Creek. I love this place! I’ve been working with Ashley doing assisted stretching to help my shoulders, neck, and legs. Ashley is the best! I’m there every week for a 25 minute stretch session to undo the damage years at a computer has done. I’ve seen a variety of people from high school athletes to older adults in need of professional assistance in keeping their mobility. It’s a positive and encouraging environment.
