I started here about a month ago. Saw Jeff today. He is amazing. I feel so much better. It can be intense and I was seriously doing some deep breathing. It’s not inexpensive, but so worth it in my opinion. Highly recommend if you are stiff/tight.
Omg! Abby is amazing. Signed up for a membership, and I don't ever do that. Highly recommend trying it out. If you go to QC gotta ask for Abby! Super knowledgeable, easy to get comfortable with, fantastic atmosphere. Home run!!
