StretchLab EGR offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Had a great experience with stretch lab. I had an appointment with Brent yesterday. Super nice guy, good at keeping a conversation going. Very knowledgeable about the body and how it works, gave a lot of good pointers on how to get some better mobility in my body. I appreciated the honest feedback as well! I’m definitely interested in going more frequently! I plan to contact my insurance company Monday! Was not aware they took insurance until I showed up and overheard someone else!
I would say it is pricey but you really do get what you pay for. Great service and results. Especially Shivam. He always does a great job and a true professional.
F E E L I N G S R E T C H Y? But seriously… my body is in need of extra stretching and this is the place to do it. It’s clean, professional and supportive. The staff is knowledgeable. Brent is my man and Ashleigh is my girl, however, anyone here can help your body the stretch that it needs to be healthy and fit. I am signed up my second month for a membership.
