Extremely disappointed with StretchLab Willow Glen. I purchased 16 credits in advance because the staff clearly told me the credits would never expire. That was the only reason I committed to buying a bigger package. Life got busy and I was traveling, and after new management took over, they suddenly took away my credits. I still had 7 credits left, and they were removed with no fair resolution. I highly recommend StretchLab for improving your self-care and quality of life. I have worked with Maya, Ariana, Karina and Kiana. They are all highly skilled and professional. Each therapist has a unique style and approach, but have felt equally effective. There seems to be a wide range of availability to fit different people's schedules.
