Had a fantastic session at StretchLab with Aaron - he was amazing. Super knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure every stretch was targeted to what my body needed. I walked out feeling so much more flexible and relaxed.
Aaron was great. Very knowledge. Great stretch, was surprised at the level of endorphin release and the increased flexibility the next day. Highly recommend.
