Do it. Going to Stretchlab has been actually life-changing for me. I had previously spent a bunch of time in and out of different physical therapists for a session here and a session there but was never getting to the root cause. StretchLab has been incredible in helping me live pain free and get back into exercising activites. Results don't happen over night but I have now been coming weekly for over a year and no longer live in pain!
I have enjoyed the benefits of weekly stretching!
Beware of this manipulative owner who will tell you anything to sell the terms & conditions. Record her making the sales pitch to you, it will come in handy later.
