Saw Bella at the westlake location and had a really great experience. Felt a significant improvement after one visit, and was given homework to do. Will definitely be coming back frequently
The Westlake location has been a wonderful experience. Alex has been my flexologist for the past 2 years, and I cannot say enough great things about him. The strides I have made, and my increase in flexibility cannot be overstated. I HIGHLY recommend working with Alex at the Westlake location to help meet your needs/goals.

Go here immediately! Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect: I’m a personal trainer myself, and I can not recommend this spot enough. I had two particular muscle strains that they got right to work on: left feeling like a totally different person than when I walked in. Clearly well versed tending to my body’s personal needs, and was impressed by the several modalities exercised within one single session. Again, go here! Thank me later. Extra shout out to Jack and Courtney!
