Great service
This place initially seemed great, but they pulled a bait-and-switch by signing me up for a membership I never approved and charging my credit card without my consent. I’ve called them over 10 times, and every time, I’m promised a callback from the manager, which never happens. Extremely unprofessional. I will be submitting a claim/complaint through the BBB The site is the Scarsdale location.
Went for my trial class and I even called to confirmed before I left my house I got there and I was magically scheduled for the following Saturday with no record of my trial class today. I wasn’t even accommodated for coming out of my way because they were all “booked” up. Not trying to get preferential treatment but it wasn’t even my error.
