Had a session with Ahchee who was professional, personable, and provided a great stretch experience. Also informed me what areas were tight.

Stretch Lab has been wonderful for me I have always had tight hips and IT bands and having someone stretch gives you a nice deep stretch it has really helped with my mobility. They have a great staff and very nice facility also a shout out to Corey who is very knowledgeable and gives you great advice to work on your problem areas.
I had BreAnna today; this was my second time coming to StretchLab. BreAnna was very nice, very knowledgeable, and gentle. She explained everything she was doing and gave me some advice for my workouts. She helped me with lower back pain and shoulder pain. I'm definitely coming back. Great work! 👍
