Stretch Lab has been wonderful for me I have always had tight hips and IT bands and having someone stretch gives you a nice deep stretch it has really helped with my mobility. They have a great staff and very nice facility also a shout out to Corey who is very knowledgeable and gives you great advice to work on your problem areas.
I had BreAnna today; this was my second time coming to StretchLab. BreAnna was very nice, very knowledgeable, and gentle. She explained everything she was doing and gave me some advice for my workouts. She helped me with lower back pain and shoulder pain. I'm definitely coming back. Great work! 👍
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I have now had 3 different appointments that they messed up. They called me today 20 minutes before my confirmed appointment to ask if I wanted to cancel and make a new appointment. I scheduled 1 50 minute stretch. I am in the middle of a fibro flare and hoping to get some relief however that didn’t happen. Literally changed my schedule around to make said appointment happen. Absolutely horrible!!
Very customer friendly and experienced workers. Have to drive a bit to see them but they are well worth it!!
