This was my third appointment at Stretch Lab, and I was very impressed. Ashley is great. She is very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with her.
Have been going 4 times per month and thanks to both Kennedy and Ben I am feeling much better and have greater flexibility. Highly recommend!
This was my first assisted stretch session and enjoyed it. Kennedy explained things well and made me comfortable
Kennedy was great! She explained everything as she went along, and made sure that I was feeling the stretch where I was supposed to be feeling it. I’ve only had 1 session and already feel so much better.
