The stretches are great. DO NOT BUY A "GIFT CARD" from them. I had a membership here, loved it. The biggest issue was that they couldn't fit my husband and I in at the same time, and we could only go on Saturday. They are only open after 5pm, 2 nights per week so we canceled. My husband recently bought me a $250 gift card. I redeemed it a few weeks ago for my first stretch. They said it is a credit on my account so I trashed the email. The StretchLab Farmington team was exceptional to work with from collaborating on a group stretch class that best fit our groups needs to welcoming us to their beautiful stretch studio and educating our team members throughout the guided stretch session. It was a 5-star experience throughout and I would highly recommend.
This is a horrible business! When I signed up they make you sign and initial the contract more than if you were buying a house. I let the lady who was signing me up explain each section before I initialed or signed. I should have read all the small print because now I have to pay a $299 cancellation fee because I cancelled after one month. The person signing me up told me that as long as I cancelled before the charge each month, I could cancel without being charged. Well, obviously that wasn’t true.
