Will not cancel memberships- beware! I did a trial (paid) stretch and signed up for a monthly recurring membership thinking I would enjoy it. The stretch was okay, the guy I had was kind of strange, mumbled, and I realized it was something I could just do on my own. I tried to cancel my membership, aware of the fact that I had already paid a month and that was just a lost fee. I called multiple times to cancel. **IF YOU WERE AT THE STRETCH LAB IN WILMETTE IL THIS PASS FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR MONDAY, YOU NEED TO GET A COVID-19 TEST** I WAS THERE ON SUNDAY AND NOTICED TWO EMPLOYEES WERE SICK! Strange at how they were able to come to work knowing these two individuals were sick! I was finally able to get out of bed to go get a covid test, and yes I have covid. The manager and one of the other employees were super sick. Thx all! A year ago, I fave this place 5 stars, now it gets 0 stars. I was there on Sunday the 30th of September... read more
