Liz was AMAZING!!!!!!
So it’s way past time for an update. I have been going to Stretch lab for about 3 years and it has been life changing. I suffer from several autoimmune issues one being spondylitis a type of arthritis. Movement is so important to keeping the progression at bay. Harrison is excellent. He is very personable and has a deep understanding of stretching technique as well as overall knowledge about fitness and nutrition.
Tyler is great. I really enjoy our sessions. He does a great job and its always something I look forward to on Saturdays
