StretchLab Park Ridge offers one on one assisted stretching and small 6 max group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. There’s a reason this place is going out of business you do not tell someone they could have a session and then have them show up and not have the session. Thanks for robbing me. Have a good stretch before my wedding. I was willing to pay the full price and everything. The website didnt let me book. This is not how business is done.
Hannah is an exceptional flexologist. She sets realistic goals, challenges me to meet or exceed them at my pace and provides me with positional stretch maneuvers to be used at home to prevent straining / pulling muscles. Hannahs regiment has improved my balance & flexibility in my lower back/ legs allowing me to fully engage in all activities, like gardening & water aerobics. As a 1.5 yr member, my Stretch Lab membership is worth every penny. It has allowed me to remain an active participant in life well into retirement.
They could be better, but they try to get your credit card and charge you to multiple sales on your CC, when I tried to pay cash they declined. Poor business practices do not let them put you on automatic continued sales!!! Theyll charge the hell out of your credit/debit card without your knowledge!!!
