I think it’s great. I weight train 4 days a week and I’m terrible at stretching on my own. I also have a desk job that calls for long hours of sitting. Now that I come here regularly I feel so much better and my workouts are better too. Vincent and Conrad are both very nice and professional. They ask great questions to assess the areas they need to focus on and ensure that the stretches being done are beneficial to me. They worked with me a few times to reschedule me because of a few business trips. Finally made it, stopped my work out short and drove from Corona the day of and they jacked up my appt time. They had one job to do. I won’t be back here. Go to OC better where customer service is still a thing.

This place is actually a joke! I have been to multiple StretchLab locations and never once have. I been told that I need to pay an enrollment fee so I’m assuming the owner of the business is just greedy and wants extra money in his pocket. I walk in and there’s employees laying down everywhere. It doesn’t seem like anybody there wants to be there or cares to be there. It was like pulling teeth with the front desk person to try to talk to them about my appointment and potentially scheduling another one. I was very turned off ... read more
