The flexolgists are caring , though and listen to your individual needs to customize a stretch for you! The atmosphere is friendly yet professional and the whole experience is great… i usually have Jen who is Exceptional but all are good.
I've been a customer at StretchLab since it opened 5 years ago. And I give it 5 stars. In 2010 I had lower back surgery (former gymnast, too much boot camp) and I work every day to take care of my back (it was a long way back to no pain). Stretching is a critical part of my maintenance routine and the fact that I'm pain free every day, means I'm not stopping. The importance of stretching can't be underestimated.
