StretchLab Oak Park offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. This was my first time going to a Stretch Lab and the Oak Park location did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My stretch coach, Casey was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She walked me through all the stretches and movement. She took her time to ensure I understood what she was doing and how it would benefit me in the future. I would recommend this location to everyone! Thank you Casey and staff!
