Only one star because I have to give them at least one to write this review. Set my initial appointment today via phone at this location. Was not told about the text that I would receive that required my confirmation at all. However, I did get my payment made 15 minutes before the deadline and when I showed up, I found out they had changed my appointment to a location in Bellaire because I didn't "respond in time", even though I did (incl. payment), according to their own rules. I had the pleasure of working with Charles today. I’m visiting family in Houston and really needed some TLC after multiple flights and sleeping in a different bed! I was very impressed with the entire experience! The staff were professional and friendly and the studio was super clean and very inviting! I thoroughly enjoyed my 50-minute session and will look into keeping up with a regular assisted stretch program once I return home to Virginia. I have been a customer for a few years since I moved here from Houston. I highly recommend their services. I am so grateful that this service is available so close to my home in Bonterra at Cross Creek Ranch. Christina, Samantha and Luna have been awesome reflexologists over the years. I go once a week and it is perfect for my routine of staying fit and feeling good in my retirement years.
