I had the pleasure of working with Charles today. I’m visiting family in Houston and really needed some TLC after multiple flights and sleeping in a different bed! I was very impressed with the entire experience! The staff were professional and friendly and the studio was super clean and very inviting! I have been a customer for a few years since I moved here from Houston. I highly recommend their services. I am so grateful that this service is available so close to my home in Bonterra at Cross Creek Ranch. Christina, Samantha and Luna have been awesome reflexologists over the years. I go once a week and it is perfect for my routine of staying fit and feeling good in my retirement years.

I started with Stretch Lab in December 2025 and have definitely seen improvements over the last few months. I have had great experiences with Celina and Colin. They look after me well and Celina definitely goes above and beyond to listen to my needs and make adjustments as needed. I highly recommend.
