Chloe did an amazing job at assisting me with my flexibility and had great people skills. Maddy had great customer service went I walked in the building.

Mat one of the mangers charged me for my services, but failed to inform me of keeping my card on file. I was charged days later an additional 87.00 and failed to return my calls for several days I also sent information to the general manager. Everyone else attempted to assist me with the exception of Mat. Mat was only pressed about us purchasing a membership and was told I will not get a refund but he will remove my card from file.
