StretchLab Vinings offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Tyrell is unbelievable. I have multiple sports injuries that are non-repairable. Tyrell is excellent at keeping me flexible, mobile and active. I cannot thank him enough. Try him and see for yourself. You won’t regret it.
Darrick is amazing. He works with me to ensure that the right areas are being stretched and that my stretches get deeper each week. I leave feeling like a new woman every time.
