Allison is the best. Consistent stretching with her help has definitely improved my mobility.
Tavi is a godsend! I travel a good bit for work, so between flying and commuting my body was really starting the feel the effects. Tavi and the Stretch Lab has really been a game changer for me and helped me get some much needed relief. Far more helpful than a chiropractic adjustment and more gentle. I look forward to my visit every week and leave feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommend!
Always have a great experience at StretchLab. Tavi is amazing. I have made so much progress with my posture and flexibility. I feel, walk, and sleep better.
