I've been told I need to stretch more, and as I age, I know it's true. I'm bad about doing it myself so I wanted to check out assisted stretching. I was impressed by the intro session and what they're able to tell you about your body. I've had 3 sessions with Allison now and can't say enough good things. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is friendly and I can tell she genuinely wants me to improve and have good flexibility and health. The experience at this stretch lab was consistently good from Melan to all the therapists who I had encountered. They all had different techniques, at home recommendations and good encouragement to assist with overcoming my injury. I worked with Darius, Tavi and Amy and loved the variety of experiences with each. At the end of three months, I am so much better and this was 100% worth it. Considering the time spent one on one and the price, the investment is small compared to the outcome.

First time experience and I already booked another appointment with Darius! And got one for my family too! Greeted my Milan whom was very kind and then referred to Darius.
