I have been working with Alex for an over a year now and his knowledge of proper techniques makes all the difference. I see lasting improvements in my mobility Alex is a quality technician.
I’ve been consistently coming to this location to work directly with Alex. Alex is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his clients. My initial intention was a one-time visit, but that first interaction with Alex turned that into a weekly appointment that has yielded great results for me.
Second session at StretchLab, Dawn is amazing! She helped release and stretch some of the fascia tissue around my quads! This will now be integrated into my recovery regularly. 10/10 highly recommend
