I've been coming to Stretch Lab since the Foothill Ranch location opened . I normally see Isaac or Audrey and have had great experience. I ask them to work on my neck and shoulders a lot to get rid of tension and it helps. I've also noticed that my range of motion overall is better. I've had cancer in 2021 so I'm doing a lot now for my wellness. Going to the Perfect Workout (weight based exercises) in combination with Stretch Lab is definitely helping me.

I didn't understand the value of this service until I went to my first appointment. I've had hip flexor and IT band pain for years. One session with Ali and the pain was gone. I'm a happy customer and will be going once a week to improve my flexibly. I believe this will also help me avoid injury while working out.
