I've been coming to Stretch Lab since the Foothill Ranch location opened . I normally see Isaac or Audrey and have had great experience. I ask them to work on my neck and shoulders a lot to get rid of tension and it helps. I've also noticed that my range of motion overall is better. I've had cancer in 2021 so I'm doing a lot now for my wellness. Going to the Perfect Workout (weight based exercises) in combination with Stretch Lab is definitely helping me.

I didn't understand the value of this service until I went to my first appointment. I've had hip flexor and IT band pain for years. One session with Ali and the pain was gone. I'm a happy customer and will be going once a week to improve my flexibly. I believe this will also help me avoid injury while working out.
1st time visiting one of these Stretch Labs. My wife decided to try the one here in Foothill Ranch. We made an appointment with Claire. We showed up today, plenty of parking on the lot. The place is very clean, neat, and organized. A very pleasant, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions to make sure they knew what’s going on and to try and help my wife the best way possible. My wife said: “I enjoyed this way more than when I get a massage.” Lol.
