Wonderful flexologists that listen and do their best to address whatever weak spots you may have or areas you're trying to improve. Staff is friendly and the facilities are nice and clean!
Resolved my lower back issues - still working on the golf game
I usually have my stretches with Tony and it's like hanging out with a friend while he's trying to make you Gumby. The staff is super friendly. The stretches are painful in a good way, and they listen to what your issues are and try to address them. I've been stretching my posterior chain of my legs to help with my back pain and it's been really helpful.
