StretchLab is awesome!! Seriously the staff is so wonderful to be around and the stretches have helped tremendously with back pain. I had to take a pause with conflicting work schedule but I cannot recommend them enough. Khyla is so welcoming at the front desk and the owner Angie is always a joy to see :)
Robert is excellent. I like his technique to stretch out muscle groups in my body. It feels great afterward each time 👏👏
Since I’ve been coming to Stretch Lab and working with Isa, my whole body is doing way better no sore spots range of motions improved dramatically no cramping. I highly recommended John Schroeder.
I worked with Amare at Stretch Lab and I absolutely loved it! Highly recommended! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and positive. If you work out, getting a professional stretching session at least twice a week will definitely relax your muscles, tendons, and joints. Thank you again!
Recently celebrated my one-year stretch anniversary. I cannot recommend adding Stretch Lab to your self care routine any more! Initially I booked in based on availability but after a few sessions, I found a flexologist who was a good match for me and now I see Chavva weekly for 50 min sessions. This has been a game changer. I always look forward to my weekly Friday morning sessions with Chavva!
