This place is amazing! This was my first time there and everyone was very friendly and the check in staff was super easy. Picked up some cute non-slip socks, which you’ll definitely need for the appointment. I initially scheduled the service because I get DOMS after I work out. My Flexologist, Shacara, did a great job and I walked away from there feeling great. By far the best stretching I’ve ever experienced. So much so, that I will be back in a few days and am looking forward to it!

Have been a member for about a month now and doing two 50 minute sessions a week and really pleased with progress, so far. Chris is my go-to whenever I can schedule with him. I’ve worked with a couple of others and all have been very professional and are attentive to making any necessary adaptations to the stretch routine as needed. The “energy” is positive and it is a comfortable place to do some serious stretching.

I recently visited Stretch Lab and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. First and foremost, the prices they charge for their services are exorbitant. It's absolutely ridiculous how much they expect customers to pay for such a low-quality service. Not only did I feel like I was being taken advantage of with their overpriced services, but the quality of the service itself was subpar.
