I was skeptical going in, but our experience was awesome. I've always known the benefits of stretching, but to have someone skilled, manipulating you, slowly stretching you, was pretty great.
Good stretching for myself and my husband. We see and felt the benefits of stretching for our health. A little costly, will have to budget this into our life.
